Welcome back. Here is a rare legendary Pokemon. It is physic type Pokemon. It lives in Cerulean Cave. You need flash to get there. It is power full. It is hard to catch it. To catch the rare Pokemon you need a master ball,or you you will have to get about 100 ultra balls to catch it. You only can catch it after you beat the elite four. Will you able to catch it,or have to battle the elite four again so you can catch it. You choose to decide to catch it or not.
